Here you can find biofilm data that results from experiments involving several types of microorganisms such as salmonella, Escherichia, Candida, etc. BiofOmics is part of the efforts undertaken by the MIABiE (Minimum Information About a Biofilm Experiment) initiative MIABiE  biosharing
